We give every restroom and breakroom a par level: a set amount of each product it should always have in reserve, based on how many people use it. That reserve waits on labeled shelves in a nearby closet.
At each cleaning visit or delivery, the shelves are counted and topped back up to par. Over time the counts show which rooms use the most, and the levels change to match, such as a deeper reserve for a retail restroom before the holiday season.
Dispensers that fit the refills
